Yoga private lessons
Combine your stay at NEUGRAD Eifel with a soothing yoga session. In cooperation with Melody Federrath from soul-melody, we offer individual yoga sessions for 1-2 people at NEUGRAD. In doing so, Melody caters to your wishes and needs and creates individual sessions for beginners, advanced and adventurous newcomers. A particular speciality of Melody is the combination of yoga with singing bowls: with stretching and strengthening exercises and incorporating the beautiful sounds of the singing bowls, vitalisation and relaxation are promoted at the same time.
