There are three separate 4-person houses (80 square metres) on the spacious natural plot, which are particularly suitable for families. The ground floor is home to the open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a cosy corner bench by the fireplace and a continuous area with space for sitting and lying down. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, as are the shower room and a separate toilet. On the upper level there is another bedroom, a sauna with a view of the natural surroundings and a reading corner with a small selection of books.

All of the houses are equipped with functional kitchens including induction hotplates, an oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There is no on-site restaurant. The service shop offers a carefully selected range of staple products. Various generous breakfasts can also be booked as an optional extra. If you book breakfast, it will be brought to your house in the morning. Shopping for daily needs and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car.
There are free parking spaces at the edge of the natural grounds. The grounds themselves are car-free. The parking area is connected to the houses via paved paths that are easy to navigate with baggage. A baggage cart is available if required.
Children will revel in the natural surroundings of Neugrad and enjoy a healthy night’s sleep. If you are travelling with an infant, you can also reserve a cot.
Dogs love the outdoors, and we are happy to welcome them to Neugrad. Both house types can be reserved for stays with dogs. Our pet-friendly houses are specially designated. As dogs are not allowed in the other houses, there is no need for allergy sufferers to have concerns.
Your house will be cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. The comfortable divan beds are fitted with blankets with cotton covers. Your bathroom area contains enough hand towels and bath towels for your stay. Additional sauna towels and bathrobes are available for when you use the sauna.
